Chocolate Peanut Butter Dessert Cups

This Simple Dessert is a Treat that’s sure to Impress your guests.

Here’s what You’ll Need…

3 Hershey’s Bars

1 Jar Creamy Peanut Butter 16oz

1 Bar Cream Cheese 8oz (softened)

1 Large Cool Whip

2 Butterfinger Bars

30-45 Chocolate Dessert Cups (May Sub Chocolate Phyllo cups) number depends on size of dessert cups

Step 1: Break apart and Melt The 3 Hershey’s Bars. Melt in microwave. Do Not over heat. Heat at 10 second intervals and stir in between. You want the chocolate just melted and creamy not Hot.

Step 2: Mix Melted Chocolate, Softened Cream Cheese and Entire Jar of Peanut Butter in a mixer until well blended

Step 3: Add 1/3 of the Cool Whip to the mixture and use mixer to blend. This thins and softens your mixture.

Step 4: By Hand Fold In the remaining Cool Whip. DO NOT use the Mixer or you will deflate the cool whip and it will become runny.

Step 5: Use an icing bag to fill your chocolate cups or shells with the mixture

Step 6: Crush up the Butterfinger Bar and sprinkle on top.

enjoy your decadent dessert! Refrigerate! Depending on size of chocolate shells one batch makes 30 to 45 dessert cups.
